If your listing is NOT older than 2 years old, it's possible that missing listings may have been created under a different account due to typos found in some historical listings. Contact the team with any details you can provide us to help identify the missing listing so that we can migrate it into your account.

If your listing IS older than 2 years, it may take some time for it to appear in your account, due to the large number of historical listings being moved over to the new Usedguns website. 

Aside from listing specific information fields like Make, Model, Calibre,State etc, the only details the Usedguns website stores is email address associated with Usedguns accounts. 
All payment information including Card Information, Paypal Account Details, are handled by our Payment Processor, Windcave. Being that this information is not stored within the Usedguns website, it cannot be accessed by account holders or Usedguns admins.
